I believe in team spirit. One has to have the ability to lead and be led. It's a difficult skill to grasp, only few manage to master it fully. I have finally championed it. Many a times now I've seen the choices made against my better judgment but I've been a team player. And lets be honest - at times I've been right and at times they were wrong.
